"Lauren is amazing !! I do CrossFit and I am a teachers aide in a busy kindergarten class so my body goes through lots durning the day! Having 2 previous shoulder dislocations has my neck and shoulders super tight- Lauren got right in there and slowly but deeply worked to loosen up the muscles and got the cups on to ! She never rushed and constantly checked in to make sure the pressure was never too much to handle!! Feeling ready to hit some PR’s at the gym tomorrow and very ready to be back with the kiddos in September! Can’t wait for my next session with her !"
